How to Manage HELPcare Account Notifications
Once you sign up for your free HELPcare website account, you can manage your notifications from HELPcare based on your preferences. You’ll be able to manage when and how HELPcare sends you emails for information like eLearning courses, weekly/daily digest, online discussions, etc.
Step-By-Step Instructions:
1. Go to the home page and click the gray box with three lines in the top right corner.

2. At the bottom left of the drop-down menu, click sign in. If you are already signed in, click your name.

3. Click "notification preferences"

4. Scroll down to "Notifications and Preferences"

5. Click "Edit" on a category.

6. Change preference by clicking the checkbox, then "Update"
