Symptoms or concerns that have been ongoing for more than one week are generally not considered acute and may require a different type of appointment.
You also receive member pricing on any additional visits, labs, or procedures.

Care for a new or recently developed illness or injury, generally beginning within the past 48–72 hours and typically present for no longer than one week. Can I upgrade to Premier?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime. The new plan begins a 12-month Premier term with unlimited visits and labs.

Is there an activation fee?
Yes. All new or returning members pay a $49 activation fee when they begin or restart membership.
