Signing up on the HELPcare website
In order to have access to all the free material at helpcare.health, you need to register on the website. Here are step-by-step instructions, along with photos of how to do this.
Step-By-Step Instructions:
1. Go to the home page and click the gray box with three lines in the top right corner.
2. Click on "Register" at the bottom of the drop-down menu.
3. Enter your email address as prompted.
4. Check your email. Remember to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.
5. Click on the link to verify your email address.
6. Create your username. This is NOT your email address. Your username can include your real name but it doesn't have to. Once you have entered that, create your password of at least ten characters. Save this information in a secure place for future login reference.
Once you click "activate your account" you will be signed in and ready to go. Enjoy browsing our various learning modules and make sure to take a couple of minutes to introduce yourself in the online community.
