Cuisine HELP: Keto Cloud Bread Roll Ups
A delicious appetizer!

When I make low-carb treats to sample at HELPcare Clinic, this is one of Dr. Dave Strobel's favorites.
He's not alone. Everyone likes them. Even your non-keto friends will love them.
If you're looking for a good appetizer, this is one you should consider.
How I Make It
Ingredients
- 3 large eggs, separating yolks from whites
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
- Onion and chive cream cheese (softened)
- 3-4 slices of cheddar cheese
- Salami slices
- Pepperoni slices
Step-By-Step Instructions
Prep: 10 minutes | Bake: 15 minutes | Servings: 3
- Preheat oven to 350° and measure out all ingredients.
- In a bowl, beat the egg whites until they form soft peaks.
- In a separate bowl, add the egg yolks, softened cream cheese, and ranch seasoning. Beat together.
- Fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture into an even rectangle, roughly 12" x 8".
- Bake in the oven 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Slide the parchment paper with the cloud bread out of the pan and onto the counter.
- Immediately spread onion and chive cream cheese on the top half of the long side of the rectangle. On the other half, layer salami, cheddar cheese slices, and pepperoni. Roll up.
- Cut into even slices. Serve and enjoy.
