Testimonial Tuesday: Amy Aase

I married into the HELPcare family in July, and had my first visit with Dr. Dave in November. I am a teacher who returned to school in August and was at my wit's end after seemingly catching every cough, cold, and flu that entered my classroom.
Dr. Dave and I met for an hour, and we talked for that full hour! This un-rushed appointment format allowed for Dr. Dave to educate me and go into detail about why I was getting sick, and things I could start implementing to boost my immune system instead of only treating my symptoms. We also took some blood tests and found out I was vitamin D deficient. After adding vitamin D supplements that I ordered on Amazon through the HELPcare website, I have not gotten sick!
Not only was my experience at the clinic great, but I've found it very easy to get help from a distance too. I have an allergy to cats and had severe allergy-induced asthma on Christmas Eve morning after being around cats the night before.
I messaged Dr. Dave in the Spruce app about what was happening. He gave me a call, and I was able to pick up an inhaler, all within an hour. Never in my life has healthcare been so positive, easy, and personable. I truly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Dave and the HELPcare team!
