What if you're not sure about membership?

You can still save at HELPcare Clinic!

For non-members, charges for office visits at HELPcare Clinic are at least 25% lower than at any of six area hospital systems.

You'll also save 50% or more on diagnostic blood tests!

So by trying HELPcare Clinic for your primary care, you'll come out ahead in two ways:

  1. Your cost for services will be lower than at any nearby health system, and
  2. If you appreciate the HELPcare Clinic experience as much as our current members do, you can apply what you've paid for your first appointment and tests toward an annual membership.

You really can't lose!

Converting to Membership

As a non-member, you'll get an itemized bill for services received. Whenever you decide to convert to an annual membership, we'll subtract your previous payments from the annual dues amount.

You'll just pay the difference, plus

  • the $99 Initiation Fee, which applies to all memberships, and
  • the Conversion Fee, which is $25 for each month since you started care at HELPcare Clinic. This covers administrative costs for the non-member program.

Using Your HSA at HELPcare Clinic

HELPcare Clinic membership dues are not eligible for reimbursement through a Health Savings Account (HSA). As a non-member, however, you may be able to submit your itemized bill for HSA reimbursement.

So if you want to use your HSA to pay for HELPcare Clinic services, you may want to start as a non-member and get those itemized receipts that indicate specific services received and dates.

Note that the Initiation Fee and Conversion Fee are not eligible for HSA reimbursement.

Otherwise, because the HSA money belongs to you, you may want to let it continue to build so you can use it for large and unexpected medical expenses.
