Dan Christianson became a member of HELPcare Clinic in November, and he's already lost over 30 pounds.
While HELPcare Clinic is not a weight loss clinic, we do offer metabolic health coaching, at no extra charge, to any of our members who are interested.
Dan was interested! He's been a regular in the clinic, coming in for coaching with Lee and Lisa, and visiting with Dr. Dave to monitor his progress.
I sat down with Dan to have a conversation about his journey so far, which is why you'll hear me in the background at certain points. And as you'll hear from Dan, weight loss is just one of the benefits that he has noticed since becoming a HELPcare Clinic member.
A few days after this video was recorded, Dan got his lab results back and... his A1C was down all the way from 9.5 to 6.3!
We're thrilled for Dan, and we're going to keep checking back in with him on the blog as he continues to work towards his goals.
