Keto Pork Meatballs: Cuisine HELP

Give these healthy and versatile meatballs a try!

Each fall my husband and I get a whole hog from a local farmer here in Kansas. It's great to have all that meat processed and in our freezer for the year.

We always end up with a bunch of ground pork, and this meatball recipe is one of my favorite ways to use it up. I made these for my kids when my husband was out of town last week and they polished off the whole batch!

These meatballs don't have any breadcrumbs or fillers in them so they make a great keto option!

How I Make It

The coconut amnios and fish sauce may be new ingredients to you, but give them a try! They add great flavor and the bottles will keep in your refrigerator a long time. You will want them on hand to make these meatballs again and again.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of ground pork
  • 2 Tbs coconut amnios
  • 1 Tbs fish sauce
  • 1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Step-By-Step Instructions

Prep: 20 minutes | Cook: 30 minutes | Servings: 5 (at 4 meatballs per serving)

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line a rimmed baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. Mix all the ingredients except the ground pork together in a small bowl.
  4. Place the ground pork in a large bowl, pour over seasoning mixture, and mix well with clean hands until everything is well incorporated.
  5. Form into medium sized meatballs and place on the baking tray. You should get approximately 20 meatballs.
  6. Cook for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. These are great served with your favorite keto-friendly sauce!
