Broccoli Salad: Cuisine HELP

This broccoli salad is delicious and so easy to make! I've been mixing up a batch at the beginning of the week for Lee and I to enjoy on busy workdays.
For an easy meal, grill up some chicken and enjoy this salad on the side.
Ingredients
- 8 cups fresh broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 4 ounces cubed cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup mayo (try Rachel's easy homemade recipe)
- 5 tablespoons sweetener
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
Mix together mayo, sweetener, apple cider vinegar and salt and pepper to taste to make the dressing. Add the dressing to the first four ingredients and stir. Top with the crumbled bacon and enjoy!
