Jane’s Low-Carb Smoothie: Cuisine HELP
This smoothie is packed with healthy fat and protein!

Jane is a Registered Dietitian and our HELPcare Challenge leader. This is also a great source of prebiotics to help feed your good gut bacteria. Give this superfood smoothie a try!
Ingredients
- 1/8 cup frozen blueberries
- 3/4 cup frozen chopped kale or spinach
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 heaping tablespoons of nut/seed mixture
- 1 scoop collagen
- 1 scoop Ascent chocolate protein powder (available at Costco)
- 1 tablespoon EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
- 4 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on high speed until completely smooth. This recipe makes one serving.
