HELPcare is pleased to be an Official Wholesale Partner for LMNT electrolyte drink mix in southeastern Minnesota.

LMNT (pronounced "element") provides a great way to replenish key electrolytes (sodium, magnesium and potassium) that you lose through sweat during a workout, or that you tend to excrete when fasting or on a low-carbohydrate diet.

Think of LMNT as a super healthy, zero-sugar alternative to drinks like Gatorade. It comes in single-serving packets that you mix with the amount of water that tastes right to you and is available in a 12-stick variety pack or in boxes of 30. LMNT has been a big favorite of HELPcare Clinic members: we've sold more than 300 boxes this year!

Refreshing cold-water flavors include Citrus, Grapefruit, Orange, Raspberry and Watermelon, along with the spicier Mango Chili.

Or if you'd like to sip a warm beverage on a cold winter night, try Chocolate Carmel or one of the Chocolate Medley varieties that were just introduced this week: Chocolate Raspberry, Chocolate Chai and Chocolate Mint.

The Chocolate Medley includes 10 of each flavor and is only available for a limited time. As a partner, LMNT shipped us a couple of boxes last week, and they're delightful! Lisa loves the Chocolate Chai, and I like Chocolate Raspberry the best, but Chocolate Mint is really good too.

Our latest salt shipment including the Chocolate Medley arrived this morning!

Chocolate Caramel was part of last year's medley, and because it was so popular they made it available separately.

LMNT isn't available in retail stores. You can buy it online, or through selected wholesale partners.
