Low-Carb Sloppy Joe: Cuisine HELP

Make this sloppy Joe meat, stick it in the refrigerator, and enjoy quick sandwiches all week!
Both Lee and I really enjoyed these on my homemade keto sandwich buns with cheddar cheese and pickles.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar-free ketchup (I used my homemade ketchup)
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sweetener
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Step-By-Step Instructions
- Add ground beef in skillet over medium-high heat. Add salt and continue to cook until the meat is browned and cooked through.
- Drain extra grease.
- Stir in sugar-free ketchup, water, sweetener, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until mixture is thickened.
- Enjoy on my keto sandwich buns or your favorite low-carb bread!
