New Options to Fit Your Health and Budget Needs
At HELPcare Clinic you can get consistent, unhurried primary care through an affordable membership. We don't use insurance, which helps keeps costs lower so we can share the savings with you.
You get a relationship with a practitioner you know who knows you, and peace of mind knowing that you can go to the doctor without worrying about the bill.
For the last two years we've offered one type of membership as we've grown to more than 900 members in Austin and Rochester. But now we're offering two new membership options for younger, healthier people who don't expect to need as much health care, but who appreciate the personal, relationship-based care at HELPcare Clinic.
HELPcare Quick gives you access to timely care when you're sick and for minor injuries. If you have new cough, cold or sore throat symptoms, fever, headache or joint pain, dizziness, diarrhea or nausea and vomiting, with HELPcare Quick you can get the care you need when you need it. And if you have a minor cut that could require a few stitches, or some other injury, we may be able to save you an expensive trip to the emergency department. HELPcare Quick is just $39/month or $429/year per person, and we have discounts for larger families.
HELPcare Standard includes all of the timely care benefits of HELPcare Quick, plus an annual well child visit for your kids or a thorough, unhurried annual physical for you. Your HELPcare Physical includes (at no extra charge) blood tests that would cost more than $1,000 at local hospital labs. These tests are are important because they can help spot underlying health issues before you have symptoms. You also get a personalized HELPcare Roadmap to help you deal with those issues and prevent disease.
HELPcare Standard is $99/month or $1,089/year per adult, and just $49/month or $529/year per child for your first two children (no extra charge for three or more.)
Extra savings if you need more care
With either HELPcare Quick or HELPcare Standard, if you need follow-up blood tests or an extra primary care appointment to deal with a longer-term issue, you can pay for those services as you need them. Because we don't use insurance, our self-pay prices are typically less than half of what you'd pay in the hospital-based health systems.

With your HELPcare Premier membership your office visits are free, and so are more than 100 diagnostic blood tests as needed. It also includes metabolic health coaching to help you deal with underlying causes so you can prevent or even reverse disease through lifestyle changes.
This is the membership level we've offered at HELPcare Clinic for the last two years and it's a great value at $149/month or $1,639/year when you pay in advance.
Mix and Match
With these three levels of membership, we can help you tailor a plan to meet your health needs and fit your family budget. For example:
- One spouse might choose HELPcare Premier because of some ongoing health concerns, while the other is fine with just the annual physical in HELPcare Standard.
- If you've been avoiding visiting the doctor because of high costs, you might choose HELPcare Standard for the whole family this year to get a thorough check-up. If everything looks good, you might decide to alternate HELPcare Quick and HELPcare Standard every other year. Or...
