Keto-Friendly Pork Chops: Cuisine HELP

Give this tasty, low-carb marinade a try!

This time of year my family and I enjoy grilling several times a week. Each fall we get a whole hog processed from a local farmer so our freezer is full of pork chops!

This marinade is my favorite low-carb way to prepare them. Many marinades recipes are full of sugar, but this recipe has all of the flavor with none of the sugar!

How I Make It

I like to use fattier, bone-in pork chops for maximum flavor. It works well for me to get the meat marinating first thing in the morning, and then by supper time they are ready to go.

These pork chops are great alongside my lemon-parmesan roasted broccoli for a satisfying low-carb meal.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Olive or Avocado Oil
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Approximately 2 pounds of Pork Chops (bone-in or boneless)

Step-By-Step Instructions

Prep: 5 minutes | Cook: 15 minutes | Servings: Variable

  1. Mix up your marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Place pork chops in a gallon sized freezer bag and pour marinade in.
  3. Seal the bag and massage to coat all the pork chops.
  4. Marinate in the refrigerator until ready to cook. At least an hour but 8-12 is ideal.
  5. Either grill or bake in the oven and enjoy!
