Jane’s Journey as a Health Coach

HELPcare Coach Jane Connell is our guest for this week's episode of Take Charge with HELPcare.

Jane is a Registered Dietitian who lives in Camas, WA. In this episode we explore:

  • her passion for nutrition,
  • her specialization in diabetes and eating disorders, and
  • the interesting story of how she came to work with HELPcare, where she can provide more intensive and personalized coaching.

The conversation highlights the importance of lifestyle changes in managing health, particularly in relation to diabetes, and shares success stories from HELPcare's programs.

We also introduce HELPcare Challenge, our 13-week program guaranteed to HELP you improve your metabolic health through lifestyle changes. We'll discuss it in more depth in a couple of weeks, but for now you can learn more and register for the cohort beginning May 6.

We're grateful to have Jane be part of our team to serve HELPcare Clinic members as well as non-members who take advantage of the HELPcare Challenge opportunity.

I hope you'll enjoy getting to know her:
