Barb Robinson: ‘I have been thrilled with my overall care at the HELPcare Clinic.’

I joined the HELPcare Clinic as a founding member in early 2022. I was frustrated with my previous physician. That individual had recommendations for my care, but they weren't allowed to carry out those recommendations due to policies in the clinic. I wanted a physician who would use their best clinical judgement for my healthcare, not making decisions based on what is most profitable for the clinic.

For my first visit, Dr. Strobel took the time to listen to my priorities in my health. We came up with treatment plans together with a common goal. As clinicians, he and Stephanie Kimmes are able to assess my health care needs based on their professional judgement, which is something I appreciate.

I have been thrilled with my overall care at the HELPcare Clinic. I appreciate their business model in putting the patient first while keeping costs to the patient in mind.
