Meet Rebekah: HELPcare Clinic Nurse

This week we are featuring Rebekah Gatzemeyer, HELPcare Clinic nurse. Get to know Rebekah, and more about her role at HELPcare Clinic in the short video below.

Rebekah earned her RN degree from Riverland Community College and her BSN from Western Governor's University. She enjoys that she gets to work back in her hometown of Austin and that HELPcare allows her the flexibility to work when she can and care for her four young boys. Rebekah has been with HELPcare Clinic since it's founding and has been instrumental in helping establish the nursing department.

Rebekah started out working in transitional care/rehab. After completing her BSN, she gained experience at several different hospitals. She had the opportunity to care for patients on units specializing in complex medical/wound care, brain injuries, respiratory care, behavioral/dementia care, medical/surgical/pediatrics and most recently labor and delivery before coming to HELPcare Clinic.

Rebekah and her husband Andrew live in Austin with their four boys. In her free time she enjoys running, playing basketball and volleyball, baking, gardening, and drinking coffee!
