  • Reduced cravings
  • Improved energy
  • Improved brain clarity
  • Reduced inflammation and pain
  • Elimination of migraines and migraine prevention medication
  • Elimination of antidepressant medication

“I’m so thankful that HELPcare came into my life when it did. I appreciate the focus on changing your lifestyle approach. I feel so much better, and I never want to go back to that way of eating and health problems again.”

Science Behind the Success

Why has it worked for these Challenge participants to improve their metabolic health when nothing has worked for them in the past? The HELPcare approach focuses on getting to the root of the problem and making lifestyle changes rather than covering up health conditions with a “bandaid” of prescription medications.

The Challenge participants were able to transition away from the standard American diet (SAD) that includes high carb foods and beverages consumed frequently throughout the day. Simply put, all carbs break down into sugar in our blood which then triggers the release of insulin. Insulin is a fat storage hormone that inhibits the burning of body fat. The constant inflow of carbs from the SAD is a recipe for a blood sugar roller coaster, feeling tired, cravings, and inability to shed body fat. By reducing your sugar and carb intake, your body is able to shed fat.

Learning the in’s and out’s of living a reduced carbohydrate & whole foods lifestyle is a game changer when it comes to being able to improve metabolic health. Body fat loss is just one of the many side benefits.

Learning, support, and accountability of the weekly group sessions and the one-on-one coaching sessions are what enables Challenge participants to successfully change their lifestyle. “Knowing I am going to be receiving a call from my coach helps me be accountable.” The lifestyle changes are not just a temporary, quick fix during the 13-week Challenge. We focus on making changes that are sustainable in the long term.
