At HELPcare Clinic you’re a member, not a number.

Our passion is building relationships with our members.

So instead of the 15-minute office visit treadmill in the hospital-based primary care system, your practitioner will take time to get to know you and understand your health issues and concerns so we can help you take charge of your health.

Unless your first visit with us is for an acute need, we typically start with an hour-long appointment to establish care. You won’t feel rushed in your follow-up visits either.

You get the same great primary care with any membership; the difference is just how you decide to pay. You can upgrade to a higher level of membership at any time.

As a HELPcare Premier member, there’s never a charge for your primary or acute care office visits. Most labs are included, and procedures are free or discounted. You get peace of mind knowing you can get care when you need it without worrying about the bill.
HELPcare Basic is a great option for generally healthy people. It includes any acute care you need when you’re sick, an annual physical with a complete set of labs, and a follow-up appointment to review those results and give guidance as you develop your plan for your health journey. If you need extra services, those are charged at HELPcare Access rates (see below).
With HELPcare Access membership, you pay as you go for each visit and for labs, but at a discounted rate compared with what you’d be charged elsewhere. It’s a great way to experience the HELPcare Clinic difference for yourself, with no long-term commitment.
