Direct Specialty Care

We are pleased to have Dawn Jacobson, M.D. join as a specialist provider at HELPcare Clinic, practicing in our Rochester location.

Dr. Jacobson is a medical doctor with board certification in Preventive Medicine and Functional Medicine. She has completed a two-year Fellowship in Integrative Medicine, the Bredesen ReCODE program, and formal training in Ayurvedic healing.

Her mission is to help patients discover their path to abundant life through a personalized body, mind, and spirit approach to health and wellness. Dr. Jacobson blends the best of western and eastern medicine and works collaboratively with patients to design a step-by-step plan toward optimal health and long-term vitality. Her care is particularly well suited for members seeking deeper root-cause evaluation, functional medicine approaches, cognitive health support, and integrative wellness strategies.

Because HELPcare Clinic is a Direct Primary Care clinic, Dr. Jacobson's specialty services are billed separately.

How to See Dr. Jacobson

If you aren't yet a HELPcare Clinic member, the simplest way to get started seeing Dr. Jacobson is through HELPcare Access, which is $19/month (plus a $49 activation fee.) After that, you pay-as-you-go for office visits and lab testing.

Dr. Jacobson's office visits for HELPcare Access members are $345 for a one-hour appointment, with lab tests billed separately.

HELPcare Premier members pay $145 per office visit with Dr. Jacobson (saving $200), and because many of the lab tests she typically orders are among the more than 100 included at no extra charge with that membership level, you may decide to upgrade and save.
