HELPcare Clinic uses several electronic platforms to improve efficiency and to help us provide better service to our members. Your use of them is optional, but many of our members appreciate the enhanced convenience the tools offer.

Here's how you can take advantage of them.

Manage Your Membership with Hint

Hint is our membership management and billing platform. You can use it to sign up for membership online.

Once you've become a member, you can use this self-service portal to manage your invoices, payment methods and to add or remove family members.

Access Your Medical Record through Elation

Elation is the electronic medical record for HELPcare Clinic. As part of your onboarding process as a new member, we'll send you a text message so you can opt-in for appointment reminders from Elation.

Elation has a patient portal called Passport, which allows you to access your test results and visit notes. We'll send you an email invitation and a text message with an authentication code that you'll need to enter as a second factor to confirm your identity for security purposes to create your Passport.

Once you've set up your Passport, you'll be able to use it to send non-urgent messages and questions about your care to HELPcare Clinic nurses and providers.

Passport is a web-based portal, but Elation has a Passport for Patients app for iOS too, so if you have an iPhone or iPad you might want to download it.

Communicate Securely through Spruce

Spruce is our communication platform that provides the phone and voice mail system for HELPcare Clinic, and also includes secure text-based messaging that is HIPAA-compliant.

We recommend that you download the Spruce app (for iOS or Android) so you can send and receive secure messages with the HELPcare Clinic administrative team about appointment scheduling and billing, with nurses and providers on medication refills and timely medical questions, and with the HELPcare Coach team with metabolic health questions.
