Lee Aase, M.B.A.

Lee worked for 21 years at Mayo Clinic, launching and leading Mayo’s presence in social media. He and his wife Lisa have each lost and maintained weight loss of 50 lbs. since 2016 by restoring their metabolic health through a low-carbohydrate lifestyle with intermittent fasting. To help others make similar changes, he retired from Mayo Clinic in August 2021 to found HELPcare LLC and to help Dr. Strobel open HELPcare Clinic.

David W. Strobel, MD

David W. Strobel, M.D. has been a family physician since 1992 and has seen significant increases in health problems related to metabolic syndrome. His counseling regarding lifestyle-based treatments has changed dramatically over the years, leading to many more successes.
