Cuisine HELP: Cream Cheese Sausage Balls
This is a recipe that will be enjoyed by the whole family!

It would be hard to find a recipe easier than this one! You can make these cream cheese sausage balls in 25 minutes or less, and they are something the whole family will enjoy!
I made these last week and my five kids and husband all gave them two thumbs up. It's rare to find a recipe that everyone likes, so when I find one, take note!
You could enjoy these as an entree with a big side salad or steamed veggies as a great keto-friendly meal. I served these alongside rice and a large salad for my family. My growing children enjoyed the rice, but I could easily just leave that off my plate and still be satisfied. These would also make a great appetizer for a holiday party!
Here is the original recipe.
How I Make It
Try to not over mix the ingredients. You want everything incorporated, but it's yummy to have pockets of cream cheese in the meatballs.
These would be great with any sugar-free sauces you have on hand, such as barbeque, ranch, pizza sauce, etc. If you don't have any sauces, don't worry, they are delicious on their own!
It's preferable to buy an 8 oz block of cheddar cheese and shred it yourself. The pre-shredded cheese you buy in a bag usually has anti-caking agents added to prevent clumping. Because of this, it does not melt quite as well. Shredding the cheese yourself will give you the ideal gooey texture!
