Membership Options Coming Soon!

HELPcare Clinic is developing new options to enable more people to choose a membership level that fits their medical needs and family budget.

As a direct primary care clinic, HELPcare Clinic uses a membership model instead of insurance to reduce administrative costs. Our passion is building relationships with our members to equip them to take charge of their health and their health care.

Since opening two years ago, HELPcare Clinic has grown to more than 900 members in Austin and Rochester. Members pay monthly or annual dues and then have no charge for primary care office visits, more than 100 diagnostic lab tests as needed, and more.

But we recognize that one size doesn't fit all. Medical needs often vary even among family members.

That's why we'll be introducing two new lower-cost membership options in the coming weeks:

  • HELPcare Quick, providing timely medical care for acute illnesses and minor injuries, and
  • HELPcare Standard, which includes HELPcare Quick services and adds a comprehensive annual physical informed by results of a complete set of lab tests.

The current full-service plan will become HELPcare Premier.

All HELPcare memberships will include HELPcare Online, which gives access to eLearning courses and a supportive online community to aid members in making lifestyle changes to address underlying causes of disease.

With these new membership plans, many who have avoided routine care and regular check-ups because of high costs in hospital-based systems will have affordable options.

Email us at memberships@helpcare.health or give us a call at (507) 418-8465, and we'll be happy to help you find the right solution for your needs.
